Job description
For a number of youth institutions in Rotterdam, we are looking for a care security officer who makes a difference. As a care security officer, you are responsible for the security and protection of youth and staff within the institution. You are the face of the organisation and ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Requirements:

Completed training as a security guard or similar.
Minimum 2 years' work experience in a similar position.
Availability to work alternating shifts.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Flexible, proactive and solution-oriented.
In possession of a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct).

What do we expect from you?
You are proactive, independent and flexible (no problem working evenings and weekends).
You are in possession of the Security Qualification Level 2.
You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
You have demonstrable experience as a security guard.
You are reliable and professional.
You know how to create a good balance between security and hospitality.
You are a real team player and can function well in a dynamic environment.
You are in possession of a driving licence B and your own car/private transport.
You live within 40 km from Rotterdam.
