With this, we hope to answer your questions quickly and efficiently, so that you can choose us with peace of mind.
Before we start our services, we always conduct a comprehensive security scan. This is a 360-degree analysis of the environment within a 500-metre radius of the location we are securing. This scan helps us understand the dynamics of the environment and identify areas for improvement. The results form the basis for a customised security plan.
Each security plan we create is specifically tailored to the location and context of the environment. Based on the security scan, we create a detailed plan that outlines the areas of concern and translates them into concrete instructions for our security guards. This ensures that our services closely match the unique needs of each customer.
We offer a wide range of security services, including object security for offices, healthcare security, hotel security, port security, street coaches, and reception services. We also provide specialised services such as night porters and hosts.
Our security guards have proven experience and are continuously trained and retrained to keep abreast of the latest developments in the security world. Our training profile focuses on hospitality, commitment to quality and professionalism, ensuring that we meet the highest quality standards.
We work with a permanent team of security guards who are thoroughly familiar with their specific location. In addition, each team is led by an experienced Head Security Officer who oversees the daily operation and coordination of, for example, Company Emergency Response activities.
We are pioneers in the field of care security, with a focus on young people with mental and/or behavioural problems. Our care security officers are certified and have extensive knowledge and experience, enabling them to act proactively and understandingly to prevent emergencies and ensure a safe environment.
Our street coaches specialise in tackling complex problems such as homelessness, addiction and mental health. They offer practical help, advice and guidance with the aim of helping people get their lives back on track and build a more stable future.
Our four core values are Transparency, Cooperation, Respect and Passion. These values form the basis of all our activities and help us provide quality facility security that is both effective and customer-centric.
Corporate Social Responsibility is an important pillar within our organisation. We focus on the balance between People, Planet and Profit. We strive to leave the world a little nicer and set our sustainable ambitions based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.
We contribute to the creation of local jobs by employing security guards who live no more than 20 kilometres from their jobs. We also cooperate with local Employer Service Points and MBO colleges to provide opportunities for people distant from the labour market.
We provide a safe, open working environment where employees can perform at their best and feel free to seek help. We provide flexible work schedules, offer workshops and training on stress management and health, and collaborate with physiotherapists and counselling services to support employees with privately related stress.
Our sustainable measures include encouraging cycling to work, using solar panels at our A+-certified office, hybrid vehicles, working digitally (paperless), and recycling used uniforms. We minimise travel movements by recruiting locally and report on our environmental targets annually in a CSR report.
We frame our sustainability ambitions based on the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals guide our sustainability efforts, where we aim to have a positive impact on both people and the environment.
Sustainability is not something you achieve alone. We work closely with our clients and partners to achieve our sustainability goals. Together, we ensure that our activities are not only profitable, but also make a positive contribution to society and the environment.
