Object security guard

Job Description

As an Object Security Officer at Dutch Empire Security, you will be responsible for securing specific locations, playing a key role in ensuring the safety and integrity of your assigned objects. You will use advanced surveillance and detection tools and techniques to identify and respond appropriately to potential threats.

In this role, you will conduct surveillance of access gates and areas, ensure that only authorised persons have access to secure areas, and report suspicious activity. Timely and professional emergency response is an essential part of your duties.

Who you are:

  • Stress-resistance is an important competency given the responsibility of the position.
  • You exude integrity, discretion and flexibility.
  • Proactive, independent and flexible (willingness to work evenings and weekends).
  • In possession of the Beveiligingsdiploma Niveau 2.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages (oral and written).
  • Demonstrable experience as a security guard.
  • Reliable and professional.
  • Ability to maintain a balance between security and hospitality.
  • Excellent team player who functions well in a dynamic environment.
  • In possession of driving license B and own car/own transport.
  • Living within 40 km from Rotterdam.
