Job Description

As a General Security Officer at Dutch Empire Security, your main duties are to guard goods, buildings and people. This means you are responsible for the safety and well-being of our customers and their property. As part of this, you will use surveillance and detection equipment and techniques to detect any threats.

You will also monitor access gates and areas, ensuring that only authorised people have access to secure areas. You will also report suspicious activity and act immediately in case of an emergency.

What we expect from you?

  • You are proactive, independent and flexible (no problem working evenings and weekends).
  • You are in possession of the Beveiligingsdiploma Level 2.
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have demonstrable experience as a security guard.
  • You are reliable and professional.
  • You know how to create a good balance between security and hospitality.
  • You are a real team player and can function well in a dynamic environment.
  • You are in possession of a driving licence B and your own car/private transport.
  • You live within 40 km from Rotterdam.
