At Dutch Empire Security (DES), we believe that differences are not just a fact, but a strength.
This became especially clear when our team gathered last Saturday evening to watch the Glory Collision 7 event at our training and events center. Even though we’re all fans of the sport, each person cheered for a different fighter that night. What started as an evening filled with excitement and anticipation turned out to be a reflection of who we are as a team: diverse, unique, and yet inseparably connected.
The Fighter in All of Us
Everyone had their own favorite—from strategists who fight smart and calculated to those who rely on pure power. While some cheered for the spectacle of a knockout, others admired the finesse of technical victories. These differences in preference show how each of us thinks, feels, and reacts in our own way. And yet, there was a shared energy in the room—a collective passion that unites us.
